The POW Conditioning group classes specifically focus on utilising HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to help develop both your Aerobic and Anaerobic levels to be able to serve you well in all aspects of your life.
POW Conditioning is the brainchild of Steve Verma and brings together a combination of the varying and most successful aspects of martial arts and fitness he has had access to over the years. Steve is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and a 1st Dan Black Belt in the Real Combat System.
The POW Conditioning system is perfect for everybody from those wanting to get a little bit fitter, look better in their clothes and feel more confident in what they can do right through to helping develop fitness levels of experienced sportsmen or combat athletes.

We can also work with you on personal 121 goals and targets and can even create bespoke and targeted Personal Training programmes that WILL absolutely ensure you achieve what you set out to. A typical programme will span a 12 week cycle and the rewards will be there for ALL TO SEE!
