HOW TO CLAIM POW10:

 


POW Conditioning can offer varying Personal Training services ranging from ad-hoc 121 sessions through to fully documented and tracked 12 week programmes.

Steve is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, First Aider, Gym based coach and Group Exercise instructor.

 Ad-Hoc 121 sessions

Whilst an ad-hoc session is not usually part of an ongoing programme, Steve will still ensure we know your start position, your body composition, and preferred focus areas, targets or goals you may have.

All of the work you do within a session with be done in line with the pre-agreed and documented targets that were pulled together prior to any activity starting.  On line tracking will be made available for all clients which will enable you to look at and monitor your own progress securely.
 

A typical ad-hoc 121 Personal Training session is £25 per hour and the documented tracking would come as part of this.

Block Booking

Discounts are available when booking in blocks of 10 or more. A block of 10 sessions would only cost £200

Bespoke Programmes

An example of a bespoke programme would be the 'POW 12', which is a 12 week programme written especially for the client. There is no 'copy & paste' approach taken with the bespoke programmes and each and every one truly is bespoke! 

Every client has different lifesytles, different needs, different challenges, different body composition, different personal goals, differing attitudes towards training and lets not forget differing abilities!

What YOU would receive as part of a bespoke programme (this is not an exhaustive list but gives you an idea)

  • Pre-programme assessment (interview, fitness assessment, goal/target definition, body composition assessment and recording).
  • Documented family, lifestyle, nutrional record
  • 12 week program which will include a detailed week by week, day by day targeted plan (this plan will be massively varied to ensure it works)
  • Nutritional Advice and Guidance
  • The plan will be targeted specifically to achieve your goals (which could be fat loss, increased power, increased strength, increased endurance, hypertrophy/muscular definition, a bit of each)
  • 36 one-to-one Personal Training sessions, where I will help take you through the programme complexities or simply to push you through any particular or complex training methods composed
  • Regular re-assessment of targets and goals in order to adjust programme accordingly
  • Fully documented plan (usually a week or two ahead, as any further would see to many amendments)
For POW 12 to be as successful as we both want, YOU would have to commit to:
  • Open and honest answers in the interviews
  • Agreement to allow body composition recording
  • Commitment to do the sessions which will be outlined in the plan (this will include things for you to do alone, when not with your PT)
  • You won't cheat the sessions
  • You will record an open honest nutritional diary.

The cost of the POW 12 programme is only £795 (the PT Sessions alone would cost £900 if purchased seperately)
